Coastal Family Medicine provides comprehensive pediatric, adolescent, adult (including women's health) and senior medical services. Caring for entire families, Family Doctors understand not only patient’s biologic state, but also the psychological and social influences on health. As an Osteopathic physicians, Dr. Alves also provides manipulation for various ailments to their patients.
We are a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH). As a PCMH, we have a care team that helps us provide comprehensive care to our patients. Our Nurse Care Manager, consults on patient matters both with the doctors and also directly with patients.
We strive to accommodate our patients scheduling conflicts and will often evaluate patients before and after these hours. We have a "sick today, seen today" scheduling policy.
We are conveniently located on the Wampanoag Trail (Rt. 114 South) in Riverside, RI.
