The East Greenwich office of Coastal Medical is an adult primary care practice dedicated to the health and wellness of our patients.
Our Care Team consists of physicians, advanced practitioners, medical assistants, medical secretaries and a clinical pharmacist. Each member of your care team is dedicated to providing you with high-quality care to provide you with the best Coastal experience. Additionally, our office provides access to leading medical and surgical specialists, dietary counseling, and cardiac testing.

Coastal Medical respiratory clinics at 400 Warren Avenue in East Providence and 300 Centerville Road in Warwick (Pediatric) have been upgraded from tents to climate-controlled trailers.

Feb. 6, 2020 (PROVIDENCE, R.I.) – Coastal Medical and Lifespan have signed a Letter of Intent to pursue an affiliation in which Coastal, a large Rhode Island independent primary care provider, would join Lifespan’s comprehensive academic health care system.
