You have a unique set of health needs that require special care.
The purpose of the Specialty Care Center is to provide you with even more services to help you manage your cardiac or pulmonary and sleep condition.

Bringing our cardiac and pulmonary experts together allows us to offer you, and your family, added support and services.
- Our Specialty Care Team is Available to You: Our care team will be available to you by phone Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm, to answer any of your health questions. Call us at: (800) 508-4908
- You Will Hear from us More Frequently: We’ll call you between visits to ask how you are doing, answer any questions you may have, and coordinate your care as needed. You’ll be assigned a pharmacist who will discuss your medications with you, and a nurse care manager who specializes in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), or Heart Failure (HF).
- Same Day Visits: Feeling sick? You can be seen for a same day cardiac or pulmonary appointment at our Specialty Care Center.
- Patient Education Programs: The Specialty Care Center will offer educational programs to help you better understand your health condition and how to manage it.
The purpose of the Specialty Care Center is to provide you with even more services to help you manage your cardiac or pulmonary and sleep condition.
Our goal is to help you live a full and active life, and we encourage you to use these resources at our new office.Your Coastal Specialty Care Team is available to answer your health questions.
