Coastal Medical Warren Avenue provides the highest quality internal medicine to our patients.
We care for adult patients of all ages. In addition to our clinicians, Warren Avenue Medical's Care Team consists of a practice manager, nurse care manager and clinical pharmacist. We have an outstanding support staff who collaborate with the providers to care for patients with a broad range of medical conditions. Preventive care is another area in which we excel.
Each patient is a partner in our Patient Centered Medical Home. Our Nurse Case Managers and Clinical Pharmacists are available in our office to assist with patient care. We have Coastal Medical Imaging and Laboratory and Cardiology services in the building. These services allow us to meet the needs of our patients and offer state-of-the-art medical treatment to each and every patient in our practice.

Feb. 6, 2020 (PROVIDENCE, R.I.) – Coastal Medical and Lifespan have signed a Letter of Intent to pursue an affiliation in which Coastal, a large Rhode Island independent primary care provider, would join Lifespan’s comprehensive academic health care system.
