Coastal Greenville has been taking care of patients in RI and neighboring Connecticut and Massachusetts for over 25 years. In addition to our clinicians, Coastal Medical Greenville's Care Team consists of a practice manager, Nurse Care Manager and Clinical Pharmacist.
We are conveniently located in Smithfield to provide easy access from all points throughout the state via I-295. This experienced team of primary care specialist, together with the lab and other specialty practices located in our building is able to diagnose and treat most illnesses and provide excellent wellness and preventative care. We are available to our patients by phone 7 days a week 24 hours a day.
