Coastal Medical East Providence Internal Medicine is an adult primary care practice dedicated to the health and wellness of our patients.
We offer comprehensive primary care services including preventive care and chronic disease management for conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, and osteoporosis among others.
Our practice is a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and continues to grow and expand with a team of caring providers and staff that work closely together, offering the best medical care to our patients.

Feb. 6, 2020 (PROVIDENCE, R.I.) – Coastal Medical and Lifespan have signed a Letter of Intent to pursue an affiliation in which Coastal, a large Rhode Island independent primary care provider, would join Lifespan’s comprehensive academic health care system.
