It is our pleasure to serve the healthcare needs of your children and families. We hope that this web site will be a useful way to get reliable answers to some of your questions about how the office works, selected health topics and commonly used over the counter medications.
In addition to our clinicians, is Waterman Pediatrics’ Care Team. We provide coordinated, individualized patient centered medical care to all of our patients. We are proud to have earned the distinction as a NCQA Recognized Patient Centered Medical Home.
Periodically, we send email notifications to our patients and families in the event of office closings due to inclement weather, flu clinic signup and other office related information. This list will never be used for any purpose other than office related issues and will never be shared outside of Waterman Pediatrics. CHADIS Patient Screenings
You will now be able to complete your questionnaires online prior to your appointment through the CHADIS (Child Health and Development Interactive System) website. We are hopeful that this will make your visit more efficient. CHADIS will keep all your information completely confidential. We would love for all families to register their children. Once you’re registered, the appropriate questionnaire for your child’s age will be available under “take questionnaire.” Only certain ages prompt questionnaires so don’t be concerned if you don’t see one. The American Academy of Pediatrics, Rhode Island Chapter (RIAAP) has launched a new “Tips to Keep Your Family Health During COVID” public awareness campaign, designed to empower parents and teens with information and resources to stay healthy mentally and physically through the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Coastal Respiratory Clinics now in Trailers - 11/02/20
Coastal Medical respiratory clinics at 400 Warren Avenue in East Providence and 300 Centerville Road in Warwick (Pediatric) have been upgraded from tents to climate-controlled trailers.
